Attorneys on the Atlas Project network pay a flat fee to advertise; Atlas Project does not receive any portion of legal fees and is not a lawyer referral service. Texts are routed by location, availability, and crash type; Atlas Project does not evaluate, rank, or recommend attorneys.
Participating firms (Los Angeles): the attorney who calls you is named, with their firm and office address, in the text you receive before the call. Every participating firm's name, bona fide office address, and responsible attorney with California State Bar number are listed here as they join, as required by California Rule of Professional Conduct 7.2(c) and Business and Professions Code §6157.2(b). Firms may join or leave the network at any time.
Every participating attorney holds an active California State Bar license, has no public discipline on record, carries malpractice insurance, and takes Atlas Project matters on contingency: no out-of-pocket cost to you, and the attorney's fee comes out of any recovery. Whether case costs are owed if nothing is recovered is set by your written agreement with the attorney. You may choose any attorney. Hiring an attorney is your decision and is governed by your written agreement with that attorney.
